Several SSIDs on one radio?Ok I know this is not an MSDN newsgroup, but still hope that somebody here
can answer this question. Suppose I makes a wireless router based on "open source" software, and license it under GPL. This router should have "virtual AP" : one physical radio has several different visible SSIDs. Are they allowed to use the WPS Information element, as documented in MSDN : http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms818947.aspx Is this Information element owned by Micrososoft or Cisco? What routers and access point on sale (besides Cisco's) that use this IE? Thanks, -- PA [repost.. sorry hit send too fast :( ]
