I have a speedtouch 585 router and have configured using the supplied
cd and then it attempts to connect to the pc. There is no adapter so
have tried to install the belkin product. The initial software loads
and then it asks me to plug in the adapter, i plug it in and install
the driver from the cd. When i click the desktop icon to configure it
- it looks for wlancfg.exe and cants find it. Can someone help?

Hi
It seems that there is difficulties to configure the adapter's drivers. I
think you would be better helped by Belkin's support.
As for windows, this is a way to evaluate Network /debug.html

Hi
The process describe in the linked page helps to identify what is wrong in
the network components/settings.
In your case it might pinpoint problem in stage one (NIC Drivers), give it a
try.
