How to have PC and wireless see each other

I set up a linksys wireless router and have both my pc and laptop on the
Mshome network. I can see the PC from the laptop but when I click on it, it
says I do not have permission, see network administrator. Both are in the
MShome workgroup.
Any help appreciated.

Assuming that both computer can use the Internet through the same Router.
