I'm planning to build my own antennas, and it would be cheaper to use
cable tv coax cable, the thing is i'm not shere if it will work right.

Hi
Coax cables are not the same. The cablem are rated according to frequency
(and few other variables). You need to use a cable that is suited to the
Frequency of your Wireless otherwise there will be No transmission or Very
Very low transmission.
