I need help!

I installed XPHome on the second computer, and it STILL won't connect to the
network!

It *says* it's connected, and I have ICS set up on the host computer, and IT
says it's connected. But I can't browse the internet on the client!

Okay, hubby just ran the network setup wizard for the third time....and it
started working.

Not sure how long it will work. it worked for two days when we first set up
the system, then worked last night, this morning, after this computer ran
windows defender scan, it stopped working again.

I *still* can't run the network set up wizard on this computer as the host,
though, and I'd like to find out why.
