I just downloaded microsoft explorer 7.  I can no longer connect my Outlook
express to my hotmail account.  I get an "Error 80: unable to establish vpn
connection".

I have tried to set up other vpn connections and I get the same error.

Can anyone help?

I think your IE7 Blocker is blocking the VPN or your Protocol PPTP for VPN
connection been altered somehow.
