DNS Server IP getting changed on WorkstationI have discovered a problem with several of my workstations. The user will
be working along fine and all of the sudden the internet seems to stop working. I have found out that the DNS Server IP that the workstation is using has changed to 192.168.1.1 instead of our DNS Server IP Address. With a quick ipconfig /renew everything goes back to working. I can't find any errors in the logs that explains what is going on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steven It sounds like you may have a rogue DHCP server. Make sure DHCP is turned
off on the router if you have a domain based DHCP server.
