networkable recycle bin, a reality yet?

Using XP...Is there any possiblity of creating a recycle bin that can be used
by computers connected to another computer or hard drive on a network yet?
If not, will Vista have it?  It just seems like something that would be
highly requested by a business that has a main drive shared by all its
employees that use it.

We just got an external HD connected to a router that hold all the files we
all use.  If XP cant do this still, are there any 3rd party programs that may
or anything?

I used to hear about www.undelete.com - but I don't know if that works in a
workgroup/with a shared external HD. Have you tried googling for 'network
undelete' or something? A lot of my job is figuring out what keywords to put
in Google, I swear. :)
