I have been trying off and on for months to get this running and sat down for
8 hours today to try to finally do it.  I am able to connect to the internet
from both computers, and I am able to ping to and from both computers.  I
have made sure that I openned my firewalls for the 192.168.2.1 through
192.168.2.100, but still no joy.  After reading numerous posts, here is my
readouts:

Note:     192.168.2.1 is my router
192.168.2.2 is my 2.8ghz Intel Windows XP Pro SP2 computer
192.168.2.3 is my 2.4ghz AMD Windows ME computer

I ran these from command lines:

net config workstation
net config server
ipconfig /all

From jacobs 2.8ghz Intel machine

One appears to be in a domain and the other a workgroup.

Right click My Computer, Properties and make sure they are both in the same
workgroup.  Change the workgroup if necessary.
