I just switched to a wireless network. I have the old hardwired network still
listed in network connections. How do I deleate or remove the old network.

Hi
If the computer was switched to another Workgroup Name and it is not
connected with wires any more, ignore it and it would go away after a while.

Do you mean that you're seeing a Local Area Connection in the Network
Connections folder?  That's normal, because your computer has a wired
network adapter.  It makes no difference whether you're actually using
the wired one.

The only way to remove that connection would be to un-install the
wired network adapter and physically remove it from the computer.  But
there's no reason to do that.  If you don't use the wired network
adapter, right-click and disable the Local Area Connection.
