Alway lose my internet connectionHI! my home network always lose the connection. I need to shutdown my modem
(Speed stream) and router (Belkins) to reconnect to the internet! and then it works for sometimes. Any idea please... thanks. I tried changing my cable but same problem. Hi
You need to find out which component is causing this problem. By pass the Router and connect one computer directly to the Modem. If it does the same, call your ISP and let them check, the connection and the Modem is usually there responsibility. If it works directly on the Modem it is probably the Router's fault. I can not provide you with focused answer since you did not provide more technical information. Jack (MVP-Networking).
