Network problemI have two computers connected on my network, my desktop and laptop.
Everything has been fine until a couple of days ago when i was unable to get access to my laptop through My Network Places, however the internet is still running on both computers. I have tried different trouble shoots and have ran the network wizard setup several times but I'm still unable to find out the problem, my laptop no longer has access to any file shares or the printer which is connected through my desktop via USB and my desktop is unable to access any files on my laptop. Can anyone shed any light on this matter? On Thu, 1 Mar 2007 05:32:15 -0800, shinji <shi***@discussions.microsoft.com>

Read this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions precisely (download browstat!): <http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/2005/05/troubleshooting-network-neighborhood.html#AskingForHelp> http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/2005/05/troubleshooting-network-neighborhood.html#AskingForHelp -- Cheers, Chuck, MS-MVP [Windows - Networking] http://nitecruzr.blogspot.com/ Paranoia is not a problem, when it's a normal response from experience.
