Hi,

I am looking for a software which would log my internet connectivity
status (up or down) with time. I do not need any detailed information
and just need to know when the network connection goes up or down.
Please provide me links to any such simple softwares available for
windows xp system.

Thanks

The problem here is how to define the Internet and connectivity.  I use a ping
of the DNS server provided by my ISP.  I use PingPlotter to do the pinging, and
to display the results.  You can use "simpler" products, but they may be harder
to use in the long run.

You could always use a command line "ping", to a target of your choice.  That's
simple.  But adding in time stamps, if that interests you, will be a challenge.
Likewise interpreting a ping, unless you're watching it directly.

So let us know what specifically you want to do, and we'll advise you further.
