wondered if anyone can help me with setup to achieve voip:

I connect to internet via a wireless router/modem. The router is  my
friend's - I do not have physical access to this router.

I connect to his router via a wireless USB device connected to my PC.
So:

my pc w/USB wireless <---> remote wireless router/modem  <--> internet

Here's the point: I also have an unused Ethernet card  - would it be
possible to connect a voip telephone gateway  to my ethernet card
"point" my Ethernet card to the wireless network? So:

my pc ethernet card <--> my pc w/USB wireless <---> remote wireless
router/modem  <--> internet

and still keep my normal web surfing on my pc of course..
