1 computer on a wired network loses connection to the server but not to the
internet.  When I try to reconnect i get "network not started or not
available" error message.
Rebooting machine works to reconnect to server but it only lasts a few
minutes then goes out again.  This problem ony affects 1 machine on the
network.

Thanks for the help.

I'd look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from the problem computer and
1 or 2 others, and diagnose the problem.  Read this article, and linked
articles, and follow instructions precisely (download browstat!):

Have you tried anything like changing internal hardware, changing network
hardware, etc?
