XP Pro will not aquire address from DHCP server.

It just sits there trying.  What is wrong?

Could there be a firewall blocking ports 67/68?

I turned off the firewall in XP, but it still wont grab an address.

Inability to acquire DHCP address comes from two possible problems.
# No connectivity.
# Connectivity, but no DHCP service.
