Sharing Internet Connection

I am having a laptop - lp1 (XP Home) which is wirelessly connected to the
internet through a router, I have another laptop -lp2 (2K Pro , this does not
have wireless card) I need this one also to connect to the internet through
lp2 using a crossover cable

Any inputs highly appreciated, how to go about configuring
