Hi All.
I followed CHuck's advice and did test.
Results. (using Yahoo accesses)
Command window:   - url  OK
ip address" Cannot find "          

Browser:  url ok
              ip address.ok
What is the significance and what to do?

What is the complete and exact error from each of the 4 tests?

Try again.  I can't read what you're saying.  Type the result from each test,
separately.  And reread what you type, before posting.
1) Ping by IP address.
2) Ping by name.
3) Browse by IP address.
4) Browse by name.

Results of test you advised.

From Command window
1) Ping www.yahoo.com.  Result Website accessed
2) Ping 66.94.230.33.  Result. Message  " Windows cannot find 66.94.230.33"

From Browser
1) Browse www.yahoo.com  Result.  Website accessed
2) Browse 66.94.230.33       Result.  Website accessed

However, please note when I ping HTTP://66.94.230.33 in command window
I can access the website
