I have a tape backup on my
Windows server.  Can I share it on the network so as to make a complete
backup of a separate workstation as if the workstation had the drive?  If so,
please explain exactly how to do this.  Thanks. -Leon

I am not sure you can do "a complete backup of a separate workstation". You should be able to backup most folders and files except system state. To do that, just map remote computers' drive on the server.
