hi,
apparently (through my research) my isp cache is not refreshing and
therefore if i go to a site that has had some changes (ie...yahoo) i am not
seeing them on my pc, but i do see them elsewhere (on other pc's).  not sure
exactly how long this has been this way, but i have a broadband connection
for a year now. i havent called my isp yet, thought someone may be able to
help before going thru all of the calls & holding.
tx 4 your time.

Change the settings of your IE by:

Tools, Internet Options, [General Tab]
Click on Settings
Make sure it is set at "Check for newer versions of stored pages":
Automatically

Also, go to Advanced Tab and scroll down to Security settings.
check on "Empty temporary internet files folder wen browser is closed"

Close the browser once and then reopen to see if it works now.
