Hello All,
I have 2 computers connected on a network, with a router.  The Router is
connected to a cable modem. Both the computer are part of workgroup "HOME".
In explorer I can see both computers on "My Network Places" as "compA" and
"compB". I have a application service running on port 8000, of compA. Further
I have changed the Primary suffix of this computer as hawk.com. Now when I
say http://compA.hawk.com:8000 from Internet explorer in compA, everything
works fine. But when I say the same from compB, it does not work and
complains it could not find the machine. If I say http://compA:8000 from
compB, it works. How do I make http://compA.hawk.com:8000 work from compB
also.

Thanks for patiently reading.

So Kiran are you saying that if I change the DNS Names pre-fix of compB as
hawk.com also, I should be able to get to compA as compA.hawk.com. from compB
