I have a wireless router, 2 x XPPro PC's, 1 hardwired to router (works OK
with internet), other wireless to router.
Worked for 12 months and just stopped.  I have also lost internet and
connectivity between PC's
I can ping router from wireless PC. If I look at DHCP client list in router,
the wireless PC does not appear. Signal strength is 100%

Any pointer as to where to go next appreciated.

This IP 169.254.82.246 is the problem. The router doesn't assign IP to the wireless. I would check the security settings first. This case study may help,
