Second opinion on LAN, pleaseWe have a LAN (W2K Server with XP clients) and there used to be 6
workstations (clients) but we had to downsize and we're down to 2 users now. My question is simply: should we hold on to our small LAN (there is hardly any cost to it so this is not an issue) or should we say goodbye to the LAN and go to a smaller setup like just 2 separate users sharing an internet connection? The only advantage I see in the LAN is it is perhaps easier for file sharing. I'm a bit hesitant to decide. I sure could use some other opnions! 24 wrote:
