changing workstations to new domain

I'm setting up a new SBS server on our company. As the old server is running
to the new server got a new domain name so all workstations need to get
connected to the new domain. As then a new user gets created on each
workstation a lot of local stuff needs to be re-installed I guess. Is there
an easy way to copy settings of even a complete user-account to the new
domain account??

Check out the User State Migration Tools:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/deploy/usermigr.mspx

You may also want/need the Active Directory Migration Tool:

What i specificly meant was this: a specific applications have been installed
on each pc. When connecting to the new domain a new user gets created and
those applications won't run anymore. Therefore my question to prevent
re-installing all those applications on each workstation.

That's different - and sadly, if the support folks for the application don't
have an answer then none is possible.
