Please Wait While Domain List Is CreatedI have a win2k3 domain using AD.
After I join computers to the domain - process works find - press cntrl-alt-del to log in and choose my new domain name I get a message that says: "Please wait while domain list is created" What causes that and how do I stop it? I know my DNS server is fine, I know DHCP sends the right info to the clients too. Thanks This troubleshooting may help,

and my internal DNS has fwders set to my ISP's DNS. Could it take longer over a wireless network for DHCP to register itself with DNS? Step 3 from that link http://www.chicagotech.net/winissues/domain1.htm says to make sure that the computer registers an A record with DNS. More info - doubt that it matters - the computer was ghosted/renamed/rebooted/joined to domain. Next time I see this problem I will check immediately. I plan to ghost many machines this week.
