Can't access internet from 1 pc on a wireless network.I have a wireless network set up at home, and have recently added a new
computer to it. This new computer is unable to access the internet through the router, all other computers on the network can. I have only had this problem since upgrading Windows on the new computer to XP Pro with service pack 2 installed, before this it was on a basic install of Windows XP Pro and worked fine. I can access the configuration page for my router using a browser, so it seems likely that it is connected to the network, and I know that it is my network since there are no other wireless networks in the area. I have tried changing the MTU settings but that hasn't worked, please can someone help me with this problem. Can you ping a public IP? if yes, can you ping yahoo.com? This troubleshooting may help,
