Can't Auto Print Received Faxes to Network PrinterI have two networked computers, both running XP Home. Computer A is set up
to receive faxes using the MS Fax service and console. Computer B has a printer attached which is shared. I want computer A to receive faxes and automatically print them on the printer attached to computer B. I believe I have set all the necessary options in the fax software to makes this happen. However, everytime a fax is received, the fax console shows a "routing failed" message in the Incoming folder. The fax is successfully saved to a file, but won't auto print. After the fax has been received, I can select it in the inbox and click file>>print and it prints to the printer attached to computer B no problem. How do I get it to print to the printer automatically?! In the Windows event log I get event 32003 and it says "The following error occurred: Access is denied" I'm guessing here (don't use fax) but Ithink this might be because the fax
server is running with system credentials instead of the user's, and so cannot supply a username and password to access the shared printer.
