Could not connect to DHCP Server

Hi NG !
I had the following problem, but I could not solve:
A computer with winXp perfessional could not connect to the internet (I
even could not start the task manager). When I started the internet
explorer a information side of ZoneAlarm Pro (3.5.166) noticed me, that
zoneAlarm has disconnected the network because of an external hack
attack (0r something like that).

So I downloaded adaware to check what's going on. Adaware detected the
alexa worm, which I have deleted. After that I could start the task
manager, but I could not connect the internet.
By trying to renew the IPConfig (ipconfig /renew) i got the message
"DHCP Server could not be connected" so I got a private class B IP
address (169.....).

What's wrong ? Do you have a hint for me ?
Thanks

Once you're sure the system is clean, you probably need to use LSP-Fix to
repair damage to the network stack:

Have you setup ZA to allow access to the DHCP server?  You need to add the
server to the trusted zone if it is not on your lan.
