I am intermitantly getting IP conflicts.  When I run networking diags I get a
DNS server error and network adapter error.  Trys to ping and get no
response.  Dont know which adapter.  I have three computers and two Tivos on
the net.  How do I determine which adapter is failing?

When you get the ip duplicated error it states what the mac address is of the
other station.  Don't know Tivo's but they may have the ethernet access [same
thing as mac address] listed on the back of the box near the netwk port. 
Otherwise on pcs you can do a ipconfig /all and it will list the mac address.
