ICS DHCP Server Config?

I'm currently running the DHCP server built into Windows XP through the
ICS/Firewall interface. How can I view a list of the current DHCP
clients connected to my computer and can I modify the rules for
distributing DHCP requests?

Microsoft didn't design ICS to do what you want.  :-(

This file has a mapping of IP addresses to DHCP clients.  I can't find
any documentation about the file, and I don't know whether the list is
always accurate or complete:

    C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\hosts.ics

There's no way to modify the DHCP rules.  In fact, there are no
configuration options at all for the DHCP server.
