I would like to check up on my network users and see what they are really doing without them knowing. I do not want to control their computer, or log them off. I just want to VIEW what they are viewing.

If i use Remote Desktop Connection, then it logs them off, and gives me control. I want the opposite.

You can do this with VNC, which can be installed invisibly, and set to allow
viewing only. Various 'flavours' are available, http://tightvnc.com works
well for me. Not that I use it to spy on my users.
