ports for whiteboard, remote assistance, app sharring

I am using windows live messenger 8

What are the ports of the whitboard, rem.assistance, app sharring, so I can
forward them in my router...I want to use the above functions by starting
them from within live messenger.

Also if the router is UPNP does messenger open then automatically if I
enable this?

Greetings,

The ports used are 1503 for Whiteboard/App Sharing and 3389 for Remote Assistance.

UPnP will automatically open and forward these as required however and just forwarding the
ports won't make it work anyway as UPnP is required for Messenger to obtain your external IP
address.
