OK, Ian.

So far, I've seen 2 ipconfigs and 3 browstats.  You don't have:
-  Browser conflict - all 3 computers acknowledge IansDell as master browser.
-  Gratuitous protocols.
-  Node type problems (at least from the 2 ipconfigs) - Hybrid and Unknown are
both good.

Check for firewall problems.

And if you provide ipconfig from the third computer (since you got "cmd"
