I have a small home network with 5 PC.When setting up some simple network
sharing I found that 1 PC was unable to View other workgroup computers, In
fact it is unable to access the workgroup at all. I have run the network
wizard on all machines at as far as Im aware they are all set up the same.
All other computers can see this PC on the workgroup but are unable to access
it's shares.
I Have a HP laser printer on the network and the PC can use it without a
problem.
I have a Quantum snap server that the PC can only access through  a web
browser.
All internet functions perform normally.
For you experts a hint might be that I cant ping this PC from other machines
or from itself. I can ping other PC from this machine.

Normally, One way ping is firewall issue. I would check the firewall first.
