my comp tells me that it cant connect to messengers or download videos or
other such because my dial up modem cant connect but im on dsl 384 help???

disable the modem and disable the com port to it, via control panel....

then if msngr is still doesn't work, unistall it then reinstall it.....

(You should keep you dial up disabled at all times, until you are ready to
use it, like for faxing)
