i also need to kno how, and what i need, to connect to my computer and
run programs while im at school or ne where else.... ive seen it done
and i wanna kno how to do it

Since both this query and the previous one will both involve tweaking your
router, maybe you could make one change at a time? Hella easier to test that
way.

Now this is eassily possible, but there may be some problems. First of all
you need a remote acsess program, e.g. Liog Me In free/pro (
http://www.logmein.com ). Once it has downloaded, sighn in at the log me in
home page and click 'Add New Computer' and download that. Then leave your
computer on when you go to school and log in again on the log me in website
and click the name of your PC.
BE CAREFUL, if posible cheak to see if you are actualy alowed to do this,
and also there may be a firewall blocking the web page from being loaded.

well im not sure if im allowed to do this but i will check, and if not,
i'll just be extra careful about this... and i can get around the proxy
server not letting me load the page, that's not an issue
