I have an enterprise network mostly consisting of Dell GX620 and Dell GX280s
recently those computers will freeze at the login prompt. I have found that I
have to boot into safe mode log in as admin, remove TCP/IP reboot and back in
to safe mode add TCP/IP back and finally I can reboot back into normal mode
and the user can log in. Does any one know what might be causing this?

Check DNS settings, since any failure to resolve addresses via DNS will
cause slow logins, failed logins, and so on.  Your clients should be set up
to use only the AD DNS server, the DNS server should resolve all non-domain
addresses through forwarders or root hints.
