Hi
I have a problem where a laptop connected to the domain via a wireless
router shows just itself in "Entire Network"; another identivcal laptop 10
feet away is AOK. I'm trying to attach a network printer but no go. The rest
of the domain (Exchange server / Outlook, shares etc and IE) all work OK.
Any ideas pleaes ???
Thanks
Jimbo

Jim,

Why not look at "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all", from the 2 laptops, and
diagnose the problem.  Read this article, and linked articles, and follow
instructions precisely (download browstat!):

Make sure that NetBT is consistently set.

And check carefully for misconfigured or overlooked personal firewall, and other
security components.
