trouble accessing a computer in a network

i am not able to access a network computer. Message sent is: "computer is not
accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource.
Network path was not found."
I have allowed that computer to share folders and files and still not able
to access it
Anyone can help me on this

What's the system error if using net view \\remoteIPaddress?

Access issues "computername is not accessible. No permission to access the resources" ... Message: "....is not accessible. You may not have permission to use this network ...

Make sure that the firewalls on both PCs are allowing them to connect.
