Hi;

Is there a policy or such which is able to prohibit domain users from
dialing up (or using a secondary interface, like Wireless) while they are
connected (wired) to the corporate LAN?

Environment: Windows 2000 Domain, Windows XP Pro

Thanks in advance

Sure, open group policy>Local Computer Policy>User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Network>Network Connections, enable Prohibit access to properties of components of a remote connection.

Many thanks!

What if the user takes his laptop home? Will he be able to dial up?

Regards,

Rafa

In this case, you may want to create a OU group policy that won't reply to the computer when it is at home.
