Network/photo softwareMy network is working fine

Otherwise there are third-party solutions such as RealVNC and UltraVNC (free) and pcAnywhere (commercial). But why would you want to do this? Irfanview is free and fairly small. If by Iran View, you mean Irfan view, you do not need any special scheme. It is a free program and you can install it on any number of computers. All of my photo software is on my wireless laptop,I would like to know if or how can I access and use the photo software when I'm at my wired desktop computer.
