Since a few weeks my firewall shows outgoing traffic attempts of an

Deterministic Network Enhancer

by a file dne2000.sys.

Is this a standard WinXP driver or installed by a 3rd party software ?

Is this malware/trojan ?

What is the purpose of it ?
