I did a web search and found a D-Link product called DSL-500G, which
is an external ADSL modem with built-in router.  Is that what you
have?

If so, this site shows how to enable port forwarding:

http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DSL-500G/DSL-500Gindex.htm

Subscribe to a dynamic DNS service to give a fixed domain name to your
dynamic IP address.  I use www.dyndns.com .  You can find other
services by doing a web search for "dynamic dns".

Check with your Internet service provider to see if it allows running
a web server on your computer.  Some providers block access to such
servers.

Actually i hv try all the things which you say but none of it is
success.
The solutions all still give me the router configuration page when i
login using the global ip
given by streamyx.
It cannot connect to my pc.
Anyway that might be help.
Do you know the NAT configuration to access file from my pc from the
apache server services since the NAT configuration from the
portfoward.com cannot works.
Thanks.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any direct knowledge or experience with
that router.  I can only refer you to the portforward.com page or to
D-Link's technical support for help.
