Show quoteHide quote > It occured several times that when I attached a Word 2003 document to an eMail this document The problem may be the format the file was saved in. If you are sending the document as a Word 2003 native format, and your recipient only has Word 97 installed, they might not be able to read the file. The easiest solution is to have the recipients install the FREE Word 2003 viewer (they can view but not edit the document) Personally, I won't open a Word document that is sent to me since it could have malicious macros or scripts embedded in it. I send and accept PDF files only. Ciao . . . C.Joseph "When hope is lost . . . the spirit dies." -- Lao Tzu http://blog.tlerma.com/ |
