How does one delete a Lan Connection and reinstall it as the DELETE Function
is Grayed out  in Windows XP (HOME)?  Thanks, Jason Sachs.

There's no direct way to do that.

To delete a LAN connection, go to Device Manager and uninstall the
network adapter that the LAN connection uses.  Windows XP will delete
the LAN connection.

To reinstall a LAN connection, reinstall the network adapter.  Windows
XP will create a new LAN connection.
