Urgent! Internet not workingMy internet is not working. The icon says limited or no connectivity. My
computer was on network earlier, but after installing norton systemworks 2006, the internet stopped working. So I uninstalled norton from my computer completely and still my internet does not work. I am currently not on any network. My ip address starts with 169, so people tell me that I need to change my ip address. I confirmed it with my internet service provider, and they said there is no problem with the internet. So I think there is a problem with windows xp and ip address. So can someone please help me. To tell you the truthk, I do not know what the problem is. It is just that the internet icon tells me Limited or no connectivity. And this problem has been occuring since i uninstalled Norton 2003 from my computer. Your help with be highly appreciated.
