speedtest under overseas networks

Hello,

For my thesis about overseas network, i need to know what is the speed
of a transfer in a oversea network, if you are outside of europe and
maintain or use a high speed server/network, please give me your
country and the average of the transfer of

Nope, I think not. I would suggest finding a better solution to your
needs - one that involves folks who are both willing to help and know in
advance what you're about to do to them.

That's hardly the only file there. Using 8192.rnd resulted in
8388608 bytes received in 00:23 (345.81 KB/s) via Level 3 in NYC.
