Hi - unfortunately, you're in the wrong newsgroup. You will probably get a
faster and more expert answer if you post this to an Outlook Express news
group. Try microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

If this group isn't carried on the news server that's carrying this group,
try using news.microsoft.com as your NNTP server.

if there is something common in the FROM address you can create a rule to mark them as read and/or move to the deleted items folder.

otherwise, a few people use a rule to allow only those  in your address book.
