IE has encountered a problem ...Since a couple of days ago, whenever I try to close a window (normal or
pop-up), a little box comes up, saying 'Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience'. Well, it's a major inconvenience, and I'm getting really annoyed. When I click 'Send Error Report' it just sends it and then closes all my windows. Can anyone help me? Do a defrag to your system in Safe Mode. HTH Please let us know your result. Regs, nass ------ www.nasstec.co.uk Hi Nass,
Thanks for replying. I tried your first two steps, and whichever one worked did the trick. However, it removed my Google toolbar, which I quite liked. I reversed step 2 and it added it again, but it seems ok (the IE error message doesn't appaer). Should I disable it again? No, if you like the Google toolbar and now things working Okay I will leave it enabled, but bear in mind that Googletoolbar may cause trouble in the future, but you know now the culprit so you can Disable in the future. Thanks for the feedback and good luck. Regards, nass ---- www.nasstec.co.uk Show quoteHide quote "Jack" wrote: > Hi Nass, > > Thanks for replying.
