Can't Find Server & Server Takes Too LongBellsouth DSL/XP Pro/NOD32 AV/Windows Firewall with Firefox .exe (2.0) as an
Exception (allow): I Randomly But Consistently get the "Subject" error msgs that Then Clear Up By Themselves. ISP Home page generally slow-to-load when OK. Have been sent to several sites to read-up on DNS look-up issues (expertise issue/too "expert-ie") , DID the Negative Cache tweak, but wonder if ISP's like Bellsouth just have random Server issues. Hard as it is, please suggest ideas to a layman's expertise. Also, is it typical for Control panel/Network Connections to Show DSL Speed 1.0 Mbps, and a Bellsouth "Test" to show the published 1.5 Mbps, a 33% difference? Many thanks! A sentence got omitted that Bellsouth Tech Sppt did not find system problems
with them or my set-up. (Wish these sites allowed Edits.)
